Coronavirus Care Package #5
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the Buzz will be posting a Coronavirus Care Package. Our goal is to give you things to distract from the daily deluge of bad news and confusion. Think of these posts as a daily respite from COVID-19.
From time to time, we are all in need of some distraction. Ruminating about our current isolation late at night in candlelight can sometimes be healthy, but, often, it can be overwhelming to consider what we should be doing with our time now that we’re stuck at home or even how our lives will change as a result of this catastrophe. Enter: Dog Grooming. This short four-minute video about a dog salon that makes dogs look like wild animals is completely mindless. I don’t think I had one coherent thought that wasn’t “Aaaawww” or “Who’s a good boy?” Escapism in moderation is healthy and I think it is essential to escape our current mindset for at least a little while. There is no better way to lull yourself into blissful ignorance than with a salon that makes poodles look like giraffes.
