On Sunday November 10th, around fifty band students went to Boston to see The Blue Man Group and the Broadway musical “Come From Away”. At The Blue Man Group, volunteers were brought on stage and one of them was senior Owen Coates who was brought back stage to ‘be splattered with paint and hung upside down to be swung into the canvas’. Come From Away was about the true story of the events after 9’11 with many planes being forced to land in Newfoundland, Canada and not being able to leave for a long time. The students got to roam the city between shows but were back on the bus to school by the end of the night.
